First, I would like to thank you all for the support you given me in buying and fishing my plugs! I honestly believe that if you are looking for bigger fish, you can’t go wrong with a BWL Pike. It is the most versatile of all plugs styles – from flat calm to big water conditions. If you were to fish just one style of wooden plug (as I do, I only fish my pikes), a pike is the plug you should be fishing. And staying with 8” plugs and bigger will consistently get you bigger fish. Remember, you are not fishing for school fish, you are after large, and for the most part, solitary fish looking for a big meal. Walk away from smaller fish and the bigger fish will come.

Plugs for Spring, 2012
For the next several months I will be busy making plugs for the coming season. If you want to be sure you get the size and color you want for next spring (ship date by April 1st if you order by January 31, 2012), you’ll need to order now. I can only make a limited amount of plugs each year. To order, send me an email with quantity, style and colors or the plugs you want. I will bill you at the end of January and payment must be received before your order will be sent.
If you are new to Big Water Pike and wondering what to order, I recommend a SLIM Medium Diver and a Giant surface plug, both 8”, 4 oz. plugs. These two plugs will cover nearly all of your fishing needs. The color is up to you – all my colors catch.
I have a about 22 Custom Pikes in stock and 6 of my amazing Jeweled Pikes in stock for last minute Christmas presents. The Jeweled Pikes comes with a velvet bag with the BWL logo as well as a plastic display stand. (If you joined this list after April 2011, you really should take a gander at the Jeweled Pikes. I announced them last April. They may not be to everyone’s taste but I sure got a creative jolt by making them!
